Official recovery steps

  1. Attempt password reset via official NDAX login or support page.
  2. If 2FA is lost, use backup codes or follow NDAX’s account recovery flow listed on their support portal.
  3. If identity verification is requested, submit documents only through NDAX’s secure support portal.

Important: NDAX will never ask for your password in an unsolicited email. Only provide sensitive documents via verified NDAX support channels.
